Essex Benefits

Discretionary Bonus:

Discretionary bonus pool at the end of each year. This bonus will be determined by your overall individual contribution towards the goals of the organization and by the overall profitability of the company.

Commuter Benefits:

Essex offers a competitive program for payment of commuter expenses, including paid parking. Further details will be provided upon acceptance of this offer.

Insurance:

Essex offers several comprehensive health insurance options and a dental/vision plan. Essex will pay a portion of the total monthly cost of the plan chosen by you. Your share of the cost is deducted from your paycheck pre-tax.

401(k) Plan:

Essex offers a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan.
Option of contributing to the plan on a pre-tax or after-tax basis.
Company will match your dollar for dollar on the first 2%.
$0.50 on the dollar for the next 4% of your salary.
Eligible 90 days Your contributions are 100% vested at all times, and employer matching funds are subject to a 2-year vesting period.

Life/AD&D/LTD:

Essex provides all full-time employees with $50,000 for life and AD&D coverage at no cost to you. Essex also provides long-term disability coverage, which will be taxed in your regular paycheck in order to maximize your benefit.

PTO:

Paid time off will accrue based upon the number of years of employment with Essex per the accrual schedule. Ask us for more details!
